The paper never gave me any problems during the first two years I owned the machine, but now that (the paper feed) is the issue that is making the entire machine not work. but it continues to display that message.ĭuring the first two years that I owned this machine, I was very pleased with the quality of the prints. I am 100% sure there is nothing jamming it. but it continues to "think" it has a paper jam, keeps displaying the error message, and It won't print, or scan, or do anything at all.
We made sure there was no paper jam (nothing at all is jamming it!). Clear the paper and press OK"- as soon as I turn it on. Then recently it began displaying "Error! The paper is jammed. I never had any problems during the first two years. But recently it has stopped working altogether. Worked great for the first 2 years I owned it.
